Hello, buddies!
Do you know what is Schoology?
Have you ever used it in your learning process?
If not, I'll share a little information about Schoology.
Check this out ^_^
Schoology is a special web-based social network focused on
collaboration, to enable users to create, manage and interact with each other
and share academic content. Schoology also provides access to teachers and
students for attendance, assignment of assignments, practice exercises and
media learning resources that can be accessed anytime and anywhere and also
provide access for parents to monitor the development of student learning at
school. (Farmington, Schoology 2014).
Nowadays, Schoology is one of the E-Learning media that is increasingly
popular among teachers and students. Schoology is a site that combines social
networking and LMS. So with Schoology, we can interact socially while learning.
The features of Schoology are as follows:
- Courses (Course), which is a facility to make classes for subjects, such as Mathematics, Physics, and so on. These Courses facilities are also in Moodle
- Groups (Groups), namely facilities for making groups. This facility is also on Moodle and on Facebook.
- Resources (Learning Resources)
This is the Schoology tutorial video about organizing the course material :
