In general, the comic is often interpreted as picture stories almost similar to online learning
media such as online photography learning media. According to Scout McCloud (in
Waluyanto, 2005: 51), the comic is an image as well as other symbols that are
attached (close together, side by side) in a certain order, to convey
information and achieve an aesthetic response from the reader. The actual comic
is more than just a light and entertaining picture story. Comics are a form of
visual communication media that has the power to convey information popularly
and easily understood.
In the learning, context refers to a
process of communication between students (students) and learning resources (in
this case learning comics). Communication learning will run optimally if the
learning message is delivered clearly, coherently, and interestingly.
The following is an example of a comic made by my group. Hopefully,
it is useful for you. Thank you ^_^
